If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website site within 7 days of receiving the product.

. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

1. Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product's original packaging/freebies and accessories).
2. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
3. For refurbished product the replacement is not accepted I case of the seal broken products. (sticker which is fix over screws)

4. Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and screen lock should be disabled. iCloud account should be unlocked for Apple devices.
5. The sending back process of the product is done by customer itself (with their nearest courier service ) .

·         6 months warranty from the date of delivery of the product is provided by team Billcool.

·         During warranty period any kind of  service issue will be resolved by team Billcool.

n  For any kind of hardware damage ,, buyer has to pay its extra fee 

·         6 months warranty period doesn’t  cover—

--    Damages caused by water.

--    Accidental broken devices

--  if seal of the screws  are broken then warranty will be void .

--battery backup

--warranty will be void if found dent and scratches over device.
