·Previously Ordered New: Laptops that were shipped out
to a customer who opened the box, but decided to return the system without ever
turning it on. All of these computers have undergone testing and repackaging
by the manufacturer Outlet. Previously
Ordered New systems do not have any cosmetic damages.
·Scratch and Dent: Laptops with considerable cosmetic
blemishes that do not affect performance. Scratch and Dent computers will not
have scratches or pits on the screen, missing or illegible letters on the keyboard,
or damage to the touchpad or palmrest. These PCs have also undergone a
rebuilding and testing process.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as
described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website site within 7
days of receiving the product.
. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that
the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not
diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service
centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions
complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product's
original packaging/freebies and accessories).
The product should
be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or

Before returning a
Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and screen lock
should be disabled. iCloud account should be unlocked for Apple devices.
The sending back
process of the product is done by customer itself (with their nearest
courier service ) .
